Oyster from Hinase (Bizen city)

Okayama is the second greatest oyster producing prefecture in Japan. Besides, Hinase town in Bizen city is a place where culture of oyster is prosperous. Many people come in and out of Okayama prefecture come to Hinase town to eat fresh oysters when they are landed. Oysters from Hinase town do not become small when heated. You can enjoy rice boiled with oysters, fried oysters, and stew and so on.

Maki Cave (Niimi city)

Maki Cave is a calcareous cave having a total length of approximately 450 meters. It is lit up by various LED lights. There is an underground lake in the cave. The temperature in the cave is always about 15℃. It is cool in summer and warm in winter. You can enjoy it in all seasons.
